3 C. Sweet potato
3/4 C. Sugar
1 stick of butter
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Milk
1 rap. Vanilla


Topping:

1 C. Sugar
1 C. Chopped pecans
1/3 C. Flour
1/2 Stick of soft butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven t 350º

Boil and mash sweet potatoes mixing in all ingredients well.

While Sweet Potatoes are cooking prepare the topping by mixing all ingredients well. Place topping on top of the potato mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
