Chuck Roast 3-6 lbs
24 oz canned tomatoes (I use diced)
One yellow onion
Box Elbow Macaroni
1lb Velveeta Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté Onion until translucent
Add meat and sear both sides
Place meat in crockpot
Add Can of tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp of garlic (more or less for your taste). Fresh is good too.
Cook roast on low 6-8 hours. Remove roast from crockpot set aside.
When roast is done cook macaroni per directions on box and strain when done.
Add noodles back to pot and add layer of velveeta cheese and gravy from the pot. Continue to add cheese and gravy mixture until cheese is all mixed in.

This a a family favorite in the winter. I have 6 people when I make this. I always have leftover macaroni with not a whole lot of meat.
