8-10 slices of bacon diced and fried crispy
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of mayonnaise
4-6 jalapenos, chopped and all seeds removed
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of diced green onion (optional)

Topping:
1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir well.
Transfer to a baking dish. Dip should be 1 to 1½ inches thick.
Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the dip.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until dip is hot and topping is golden brown.
Serve with tortilla chips.
