Ingredients:  
3 cups cooked rice
Fry 1 lb. Bacon, Save 1/4 of Greece. Crumble the bacon and set aside.

To grease add 2/cup of water
2/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup sugar

Heat on low to melt sugar. Add more sugar or vinegar to taste.
Add 1 cup bell pepper, chopped.
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 T. Celery seed

Put grease mixture into rice and mix. Let’s set 1/2 hour. When ready to serve, mix and crumbled, bacon and serve.
