2 cups rolled oats
2 cups milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp chia seeds
1.5 tsp ground cardamom
4 tsp sugar or other sweetener

Mix all of the ingredients. I separate them in to 4 individual containers, but no issue with keeping it all in one.

Keep in the refrigerator at least overnight. Stays good for many days.
