2 c. Rice
4 c. Chicken Broth
1 medium Onion, chopped
¼ c. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in butter. Add rice.
Stir until golden. Add broth.
Heat to boiling. Pour into casserole to go in oven.
Cover with aluminum foil and tight-fitting lid.
Cook in 350º oven for 1 hour.

Broth may be made by using 6 bouillon cubes in 4 cups hot water.
Brown in butter. Drain - Save for beans.
