2 (15 oz) cans cut sweet potatoes, drain, but reserve ¾ cup syrup
2 tsp honey
¼ c butter
⅓ c light brown sugar
Cinnamon Sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place cut sweet potatoes in a 1½ quart baking dish; set aside. Combine reserved syrup from can with honey and light brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Pour over yams and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving, if desired.
