⅓ cup shortening
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
sugar for coating
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugars, peanut butter and mix well. Add egg then dry ingredients. Roll in balls then roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork. Bake 350ºF for about 10 minutes.
