1¾ c. mashed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 pouch liquid pectin (I use the CERTO brand)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
This recipe needs all of the sugar in order for it to set properly. Measure strawberries carefully also. Mix strawberries and sugar in a large bowl. Let it set for 10 minutes. Add the pectin and lemon juice. Stir consistently for 3 minutes or so. Pour into prepared jars, filling to about ¾ in. from the top. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hrs. to allow the jam to set. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.

Personal Notes:
Chris used this on his pancakes. It may have to be warmed a bit if using this way. Justin wanted it on homemade bread, a breakfast he ate many times at my house.
