CAKE
1. 1 package Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2. 1 package (regular size) lemon Jell-O
3. ⅔ cup Wesson oil
4. ⅔ cup water
5. 4 eggs
6. 1 lemon rind, grated


GLAZE
1. 1 cup confectioners sugar
2. Juice of 1 lemon
3. 1 Tbl butter, melted

CAKE
1. Grease and flour tube pan. Preheat oven to 325º.
2. Place all ingredients in bowl and beat for 7-8 minutes.
3. Bake in tube pan for 60 minutes.

GLAZE
1. Mix and pour over cake while it is still hot.
