1 lb bacon
1 med onion diced
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbs sugar
salt and pepper to taste
several dashes hot sauce(I use Louisiana)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 lbs collard greens washed, stems removed and cut into 3 inch wide strips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and onions until done. Add garlic, salt and pepper, sugar and hot sauce. Cook about a minute stirring frequently. Add the vinegar and cook until reduced by half. Add greens and broth and bring to a simmer cook until greens have wilted on med low.
