6 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Mix together

Add 1/2 small can Crisco or butter-2- sticks
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
5 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt & sugar- Gradually add Crisco, butter and mix until tiny pea like consistency.
Now add the wet ingredients and continue mixing, kneading or use your food processor to get the right consistency.
When done, wrap pie crust in wax paper or plastic wrap and let rest at least 1/2 hour in fridge.
Then roll out 1/3 of the dough and line your pie pan or spring form pan
Fill it and then roll out top pie crust & brush with egg whites, be sure to make a slit in the pie for venting.
