1 16 oz. bag of baby carrots
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carrots, water, butter and brown sugar in a pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce the heat to low for approximately 6 minutes.

Cover and turn the heat back to medium/high and cook, stirring occasionally until all the water is evaporated and carrots are tender, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
