6 large eggs
½ pint whipping cream
2¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
Whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, blend eggs with about 1 cup water until competely smooth.
Heat with evaporated milk until steamy hot. Add sugar and heat until dissolved. Cool to room temp. Add vanilla and whipping cream. Stir well. Refrigerate until ready to churn.

Chill freezer container. Add mixture. Add whole milk to fill line.

Turn by hand or in electric until hard to turn or motor stops.
Layer tub with ice and rock salt. Usually takes about 1 cup salt or a little more.

If adding fruit, open top after 30 min. Add 1½ cup peaches or strawberries. Continue to turn until motor stops. Store in freezer.
