1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup flour
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Filling;
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 T honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large granny smith apple, unpeeled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line a 13 x 9 inch pan with parchment. Cream together butter and sugars in a large bowl until fluffy and light in color. Add in oats, flour and walnuts. Mix in baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice until well combines. Pour 1/2 of the crumb mixture into the prepared plan. Press into even layer. Bake for 10 minutes.

While crust is baking, Shred apples in food processor.Whisk together sour cream, sugar, egg, honey and vanilla. Mix in shredded apples. Pour mixture over bottom crust and spread into an even layer. Top with remaining crumb mixture, pressing gently. Bake an additional 35 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if top is browning too quickly. Remove from oven and cool completely before slicing and serving.
