"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup plus 2 T plain yogurt
seasoning (everything bagel seasoning or brown sugar, cinnamon)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray parchment with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt and flour. Stir until comes together, then oil hands and knead until smooth. If too sticky, add a little more flour.

Divide the dough in four. Dig thumb in center to form bagel hole. Hole will shrink in oven. You can ball up foil and place in hole to avoid shrinkage.

Place bagels on prepared pans leaving several inches between each.
-
Brush with egg white or milk and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let bagels cool on pan for 15 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can replace self-rising flour with 2 cups all purpose flour and 4 teaspoons baking powder.

You can also substitute some whole wheat flour but bagels will be denser.
