2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, cut into small pieces
2 cups pecans, chopped
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 T flour
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup light corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 inch pan and line with parchment. Mix together flour, sugar, salt and butter pieces in food processor until crumbly. Press into prepared pan. Poke with fork. Bake 30-35 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

Mix together dark brown sugar, 2 T flour, eggs, vanilla paste and corn syrup in same food processor (no need to clean) to form syrup. Place chopped pecans over baked crust. Pour syrup mixture over pecans. Bake an additional 35-40 minutes at reduced temperature or until center is no longer jiggly. Cool one hour before slicing into bars.
