1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Stir together melted butter, brown sugar, honey and vanilla. Add oats. Stir until well combined. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes.

While crust is baking, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour over hot crust and spread. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Let cool. Refrigerate one hour before cutting into bars.
