1 3/4 cup of finely ground cornmeal
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
1/3 cup veggie oil
1/4 cup honey

Add all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a cast-iron skillet that has been well greased
Or use a 13x9 pan ( it will be thin; use a smaller pan if you want a thicker piece of bread).

Bake at 400º for 20 to 30 minutes.
