1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
1⁄2 cup chopped or sliced onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
1⁄2 cup chicken broth
1⁄3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter add onions & rosemary or thyme. Sauté until onions are soft.
Add broth cranberry sauce and vinegar, whisk until cranberry sauce melts.

Glaze meat with the sauce, or use as a garnish sauce.

Excellent on pork, chicken or turkey.
Can be used as a sauce over meat or roast meat in sauce.
