GREASE COOKIE SHEETS OR LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER

IN YOUR MIXER CREAM TOGETHER THE BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR AND WHITE SUGAR UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

BEAT IN THE VANILLA, EGGS, UNTIL LIGHT AND CREAMY

MIX IN THE SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS UNTIL JUST BLENDED

STIR IN THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS

USE A SCOOP TO DROP DOUGH ON COOKIE SHEET ABOUT 3 INCHES APART

BAKE FOR 15 TO 17 MINUTES (USUALLY ONLY TAKES 15 MINUTES SO DON'T OVERBAKE.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE COOKIE RECIPE. FREEZE THE COOKIES YOU WON'T EAT RIGHT AWAY IN ZIP LOCK BAG. PULL OUT THE COOKIES YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT. ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES TO THAW AND THEY TASTE LIKE YOU JUST MADE THEM.

CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE AND SOFT AND CHEWY ON THE INSIDE.
