½ lbs. whole Chicken Breasts, boned and cut in bite-size pieces
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Corn Starch
2 tbsp. dry Sherry
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
2 med. Green Peppers, cut into ¾ in. pieces
4 Green Onions, bias-sliced into 1 in. lengths
1 cup Walnut Halves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 in. pieces. Set aside.
In small bowl, blend soy sauce into cornstarch; stir in sherry, ginger, sugar, salt, and red pepper. Set aside.
Heat skillet over high heat; add oil.
Stir fry green peppers and onions in hot oil for 2 mins. or till crisp-tender.
Remove from skillet, add walnuts to skillet. Stir fry 1-2 mins. till golden. Remove, add more oil.
Add half of chicken to skillet and fry 2 mins. Remove - fry remaining chicken for 2 mins.
Return all chicken to skillet. Stir soy mixture; stir into chicken till thick and bubbly.
Stir in vegetables; cook and cover 1min. more.
Serve at once with hot rice.
