1 1/2 lbs. Uncooked Skinless Chicken Wings with Bone, separated into drumettes and flat, wing tips discarded
1 cup Chili Powder
1 cup Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp Hot Pepper sauce
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 tsp honey

Off heat, coat grill rack or grill pan with nonstick spray. Preheat gas grill or grill pan to medium high, or prepare medium high fire in charcoal grill.
In large bowl, add chicken. In small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and back pepper. Sprinkle spice blend over chicken and toss until coated. Arrange chicken on grill. Close lid and cook, turning occasionally, until wings are almost cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine hot sauce, butter, and honey. Brush glaze over chicken. Grill until wings are charred in spots, about 3 minutes. Turn wings over and brush with remaining glaze. Grill until wings are cooked through, about 3 minutes.
