Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ lbs ground beef
16 oz tomato sauce
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
8 oz egg noodles
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp granulated sugar
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Set oven to 350°F. In large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking up with a spoon, until fully browned; drain excess fat. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir in tomato sauce and sugar, then season with salt and pepper. Simmer mixture for 3-5 min to blend flavors.
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.
Boil egg noodles in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
Grease a 9x13" baking dish. Arrange half of the cooked noodles evenly in the base. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over noodles. Spoon half of the meat sauce on top. Repeat layers with remaining noodles, cream mixture, and meat sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the surface.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 min until casserole is bubbling and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
