Half cup of mayo
1 teaspoon of Tabasco
1 1/2 teaspoons scallions or chives
Half cup of Parmesan cheese
1 13 ounce artichoke parts chopped

Mix thoroughly together and bake 30 minutes 350°.
Serve with crackers or vegetables of your choice
