1/2 c butter
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 c water
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c milk, soured with 2 tsp vinegar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine butter, oil, unsweetened chocolate and water. Heat in microwave until chocolate is melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased jelly roll pan (11x15) and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

A touch of cinnamon gives this cake its exotic flavor. Top with fudge frosting. A 9x13" pan may also be used, but increase the baking time some.
