1lb bulk sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
3 large potatoes, peeled & diced
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 cups water
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion, drain grease.

In soup pot, add sausage potatoes, salt, pepper, basil & water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Stir in corn & evaporated milk. Cover and heat thoroughly.

Barb uses 2 cans of sliced potatoes and adds Velveeta cheese with milk
