1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups quick oats
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped finely
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice

Filling;
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 T flour
1 egg
2 apples, shredded (unpeeled)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar and butter until creamy. Add remaining crust ingredients. Press half into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, make filling by combining all ingredients and mixing well. Pour filling over hot bottom crust. Top with reserved half of crust mixture. Bake additional 25-30 minutes. Cool, cut into bars. Store in fridge.
