6T cornmeal
2T Chili powder
1T anchor chili powder
1T Chipotle chili powder
2T cumin
2T oregano
2T dried minced onion
4t garlic powder
4t kosher salt
2t paprika
2t smoked paprika
1t cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container. Makes 1 cup.
For skillet tacos: Brown 1 lb ground chicken or thin sliced chicken breast in a 12" saute pan with 1T olive oil. Add ½c taco seasoning and 1½c water to pan and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Serve with your favorite taco shells and toppings.

*Use ½c seasoning for 1 lb ground beef as well
