½ cup flour
1 ½ teaspoons ground mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
6 pork chop (¾ inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condense cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
⅓ cup water
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard, and garlic. Dredge (coat) chops in flour mix. In a skillet with olive oil, brown chops on both sides. Place in a slow cooker. Combine soup and water, pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat is tender. If you wish to, thicken pan juices and serve over chops.
