4 cups whole milk
1 egg, well beaten1 package (4 serving size). Jello Vanilla flavor pudding (NOT INSTANT)
1 cup Minute Rice
1/4 c raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.
Add raisins if desired.
Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
Pour into serving bowl.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
