1 Cup Mashed Sweet Potatoes
1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Honey (for the butter)
1/2 Cup Softened Butter (for the butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the first 9 ingredients, until well combined.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake in 375° oven for approximately 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Mix honey and softened butter in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
Serve warm with a generous spread of honey butter.
