1 3-4 # boneless turkey breast
DRY RUB
1 T dark brown sugar
1 tsp each - garlic salt, onion salt
paprika, celery salt, black pepper
2 tsp honey mustard
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp hickory liquid smoke*

GLAZE
1/2 C melted butter
1/4 C maple syrup
1 T honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except glaze and tub turkey breast all over. Put in a plastic bag and marinate for a couple of hours or overnight in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature when ready to cook. Heat grill 300 degrees. Cook over indirect heat for 2 1/2 hours. Baste with glaze and cook for another 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160-165 degrees. Remove and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

*Wet Hickory chips can be added to BBQ for a real smokey flavor. Put chips in a foil pack and poke holes in top or put in a chip tray.
