Large can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
2½ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pie:
1 package lemon gelatin (or other flavor)
1 cup boiling water
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla

Crust:
place evaporated milk in bowl in freezer for about 20 minutes
melt margarine
add graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon
line 9 x 13 pan with half mixture
dissolve lemon gelatin in water
set aside to cool
mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in bowl
whip chilled evaporated milk until tripled in bulk
with same beater, combine cheese mix, gelatin mix, cream cheese mix, and evaporated milk
beat for 2 minutes
when completely combined, pour into pan
top with remaining crumbs
chill overnight
