2½ cup flour
1 cup butter
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon sugar
salt
4 tablespoon milk
2 egg yolks
apples, sliced

Topping:
1½ cup sugar
4 tablespoon flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoon butter

Cake directions:
cream butter and sugar
add egg yolks and milk
mix in dry ingredients
beat until well blended (dough is very stiff)
spread in well buttered 9 x 13 pan
place sliced apples in rows, pressing slightly into dough until completely covered

Topping directions:
mix all ingredients together. should be crumbly.

Sprinkle cake with topping
Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes
