¾ c crushed cornflakes
¾ c grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg Ranch salad dressing mix
8 boneless chicken breasts
½ c butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl combine cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, and Ranch dressing mix. Dip chicken chicken in butter; then roll in cornflake mixture to coat. Place in greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
