7-8 eggroll wrappers
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
2 jalapeños, diced
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, cooked bacon, diced jalapeños, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to a bowl and mix together.

Place a scoop of the filling in the corner of an eggroll wrapper and roll like an eggroll. Deep fry until a light golden-brown color.
