2 eggs
½ c milk
1½ lb ground ham
1 c cracker crumbs
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb hamburger or pork

Sauce:
1 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
⅓ c vinegar
¼ c water
1 (8 oz) pineapple slices (do not drain)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk, crackers, pepper, ham and beef/pork; mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. In small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350º for 1½ hours, basting frequently.
