Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipe

40 mini Reese's peanut butter cups
½ c butter
½ c peanut butter
½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1¼ c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together. Add egg, vanilla, and rest of the dry ingredients. Roll into walnut size balls. Bake in mini muffin tin at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Press Reese's cup into center of each hot cookie so chocolate is even with the top of cookie. Let cool a while then remove from pan.
