Imitation crab meat, chopped fine & enough to your liking
1 (8 oz) carton Velveeta cheese, cubed
25 slices soft white bread
½ c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Velveeta cheese in double boiler, then add crab meat and mix well. Trim the crust from the bread and roll each piece flat with rolling pin. Spread thin layer of crab meat mixture on flat bread. Roll up and roll in melted butter. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet. cover with more foil and freeze.

When ready to use, cut each roll into 5 pieces and place on a greased cookie sheet, cut side up. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes and the broil for 5 minutes. Serve hot!
