1 lb. ground Sausage, crumbled, browned, & drained
6 Eggs, beaten
6 slices bread, broken up
2 C Milk
1 tsp Salt
1 T Dry Mustard
1 C shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into lightly greased 9"x13" baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Take out of refrigerator one hour before baking.
Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
Do not overbake.
