2 cans Crescent Rolls
1 pkg cream cheese
1 egg (separated)
1 t vanilla
1 c granulated sugar
Chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 c sugar mixed with cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Line 13 x 9 dish with crescent rolls. Beat softened cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Use 2 can crescent and place on top of cream cheese mixture. To flatten top, cover with plastic wrap and peel off. Beat egg white and brush over top crust.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and nuts. Bake 350º for 35 minutes.
