ingredients for the Crepes
1 cup flour
½ cup milk
½ cup water
3 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar

Ingredients for the Crepe Filling
2 tablespoons Nutella (per crepe)
½ banana, sliced (per crepe)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, cover.

2. Blend on low speed until everything is mixed together well.

3. Heat a medium sized nonstick frying pan on stove over medium heat.

4. Spray large nonstick pan with pam or spread with butter.

5. Pour ¼ to ⅓ cup of batter in frying pan and swirl around to spread thin.

6. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the bottom is golden.

7. Carefully flip the crepe over and cook until the second side also turns golden.

8. Remove from the heat and spread Nutella evenly over the crepe.

9. Spread banana slices evenly over half of the crepe.

10. Roll or fold the crepe.

11. Drizzle with warmed Nutella and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

12. Serve immediately.
