Dough for 1 14-16 inch pizza
6-8 eggs (cooked to be scrambled)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices Wright Brand Hickory Bacon (cut or crumbled)
1 green onion

Ingredients for the Breakfast Gravy
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 550º degrees with a pizza stone inside.

2. Roll dough out into approximately a 14-inch pizza.

Instructions for the Breakfast Gravy
1. Bring butter to melt in a small pan over medium heat.

2. Add in the flour, salt, and pepper until combined.

3. Gradually stir in the milk.

4. Cook until the mixture thickens a bit.

5. Spread gravy over the top of the pizza dough.

6. Sprinkle scrambled eggs evenly over the top of the pizza.

7. Sprinkle cheese over the eggs.

8. Sprinkle bacon evenly over the top of the pizza.

9. Carefully (using a pizza peel if you have it) place pizza on the preheated stone in the oven.

10. Cook until cheese is melted and crust starts to turn golden brown about 6-8 minutes.

11. Remove from oven and sprinkle with green onion. Slice and serve immediately.
