Ingredients for the Cereal Crust
5 cups Special K Red Berries (becomes 2 cups when blended)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup melted coconut oil

Ingredients for the Topping
1 ½ cups Dannon Light and Fit Greek Vanilla nonfat yogurt
2 cups fresh berries

Instructions for the Cereal Crust
1. Blend up cereal in a blender or food processor to make a fine crumb. You should have about 2 cups blended.

2. Stir honey and melted coconut oil into the cereal crumbs in a large bowl.

3. Press the cereal into the bottom of a greased 9-inch tart pan (one with a resealable bottom is easiest).

4. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Instructions for the Topping
1. Spread vanilla yogurt over the top of the crust and to the edges of the crust.

2. Freeze for 15 minutes.

3. Top with desired berries.

4. Freeze for another 5 minutes, then slice up and serve.
