3 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup milk
½ cup water
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blander. Top the blender with the cover and blend it all together on low sped until everything is mixed well together.

2. Place the batter in the fridge to rest for at least 15 minutes, up to overnight.

3. Heat a medium sized pan (about 8 to 10 inches) over medium heat. Spray the pan with nonstick spray.

4. Pour about ¼ to ⅓ cup batter into the pan and swirl the pan around to spread the batter around completely.

5. Cook for about 1 minute, or until bubbles start to form and the surface looks dry.

6. Carefully flip the crepe over and cook for another 20 to 30 seconds.

7. Transfer the crepe to a plate. Cover the top with paper towels while you cook the remaining crepes.

8. Repeat cooking with remaining crepe batter.

9. Serve the crepes with your choice of fillings.
