1 pound lean ground beef
½ to 1 teaspoon garlic salt, to taste
2 (10.5-ounce) cans beef consommé
2 (10.5-ounce) cans French onion soup
¾ cup water
2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
¾ cup butter, cut into slices
Bread Crumbs
Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In a large skillet, add lean ground beef and garlic salt. Cook and crumble until browned and fully cooked.

3. In the prepared baking dish, combine the uncooked rice and cooked ground beef. Pour in the soups, consommé, and water, stirring until fully mixed.

4. Distribute the butter slices evenly on top of the mixture.

5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

7. Top with Bread crumbs and Provolone cheese, pop under the broiler until cheese is melted and start browning

8. Serve and enjoy :-)
