1 cup softened butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
5 1/2 cups flour
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350º.

2. Line a couple baking sheets with parchment paper.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar and mix well.

4. Mix in the egg and vanilla on low speed.

5. Now mix in the pumpkin pie filling.

6. Combine the flour and baking soda and mix into the butter mixture.

7. Fold in the chips.

8. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the parchment paper 2 inches apart.

9. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
