1 pound fresh or frozen fruit
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup corn starch
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:

1. Cut fresh fruit into bite sized pieces or thaw the frozen fruit.

2. And the 1/2 cup sugar and corn starch and mix well.

3. Preheat the oven to 350º and prepare a 8x8 casserole dish with spray oil.

4. Pour the fruit into the casserole dish.

5. Mix well the flour, remaining sugar, and melted butter.

6. Drop the flour mixture in spoonfuls on top of the fruit.

7. Bake for 50 minutes to an hour.

Our favorite fruit to use is peaches. I used 2 large cans canned pineapple pie filling and coconut flakes and called in Pina Colobbler.
