Tonkatsu Sauce

½ C Ketchup
2 T Shoyu
1 T Brown Sugar
1 T Sherry
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Minced Garlic

Pork Chops
1 lb Boneless Pork Breakfast Chops (4 chops)
S & P to taste
2 Large Eggs
1 ½ C Panko
Nonstick Spray

Pre-heat airfryer to 350º

Make the sauce by whisking together, Ketchup, Shoyu, Brown Sugar, Sherry, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a med. bowl until sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Season Pork Chops with S & P, both sides
Beat eggs in a flat dish. Place Panko in separate flat dish.
Dip Pork Chop in Egg, dredge in Panko, dip Pork Chop in Egg again and dredge in Panko a 2nd time.
Spray both sides with non-stick spray and put into pre-heated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes each side (insert meat thermometer, 145 internal temp.)

Transfer to cutting board and slice. Serve with sauce.

This air fryer Tonkatsu recipe is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. You can buy bottled sauce, but this homemade version is simple to make and
far better. Serve with rice.
